On-demand mobile hypertension training for primary health care workers in Nigeria: a pilot study

This pilot study evaluates a self-paced online training program designed for Nigerian health workers to diagnose and manage hypertension. The course, accessible via smartphones, consisted of 12 modules based on WHO and Nigerian guidelines. In Togo, during the COVID-19 pandemic, two community-based approaches for directly observed treatment (DOT) for tuberculosis (TB) were evaluated: one led by community health workers (CHW-DOT) and the other by families (FB-DOT).
