Multilevel determinants of antiretroviral therapy initiation and retention in the test-and-treat era of Nepal: a qualitative study

This study explored what affects starting and sticking with antiretroviral therapy (ART) for HIV in Nepal. Interviews with 24 people living with HIV and 26 healthcare providers revealed several key factors.
