This study tested a community health worker–led program to help farmers in rural Korea prevent muscle and joint injuries. Over 12 weeks, trained local health workers taught safety practices, simple exercises, and used a checklist to track healthy work habits. Farmers showed better understanding of health information and made clear improvements in safe behaviors, such as stretching, using tools properly, switching tasks, and lifting correctly. The results suggest that practical, community-based education can improve workplace safety and health in rural areas.
