Geriatric-focused education for community health workers: a dementia training that effectively provides knowledge and skills to address dementia within the scope of practice of this public health workforce

This study describes a dementia training program created to help Community Health Workers (CHWs) better support individuals and families affected by dementia. Evaluating the impact of structured training programs for village health workers on healthcare delivery in resource-limited settings: Evidence from The Gambia

This study looked at how training programs can improve the skills of Village Health Workers (VHWs) in The Gambia. VHWs were trained on child health, nutrition, sanitation, and disease prevention.
