This study describes how Brazil and the UK worked together to learn from each other’s community health worker programs. By sharing experiences, training together, and building strong partnerships, both sides were able to improve how they support community health. Key factors for success included trust, clear shared goals, open communication, and equal participation. The study shows that when countries collaborate and learn from each other in a respectful way, they can strengthen their health systems and improve care for communities.
