This study explored the training needs of community-based para-professionals who support early childhood development (ECD) in low-income areas. Experts agreed that training should focus on communication, relationship-building, and culturally responsive care. The findings highlight the valuable role these workers play in bridging gaps between families and formal health and education systems and emphasize the need for better recognition and career support for them.
