Training Teachers and Community Health Workers to Identify Children with Learning Disabilities

This project in Assam trained community health workers and primary school teachers to recognize and support children with learning disabilities. Participants learned how to identify early signs, conduct basic screenings, and apply simple intervention and referral strategies. Graduate students helped organize and lead the training sessions, strengthening early detection and support for children with learning challenges.
