The effectiveness of in-service training “pharmacopeia home health” based on Kirkpatrick’s model: A quasi-experimental study

by

Authors: Mahtab Firooznia, Amir Hamta, and Sareh Shakerian

CHWs in Iran seeking knowledge about medical care in the absence of physicians can refer to the “pharmacopia home health,” a training package designed for low-resource areas. Mahtab Firooznia and colleagues evaluated the effectiveness of this package in drug maintenance knowledge, awareness, and performance. The program enhanced knowledge and awareness of CHWs, but had limited effects on their performance.
