This study aimed to reduce social isolation and stigma experienced by adolescent mothers in Harare, Zimbabwe, through a community-based peer support intervention. Community health workers and peer educators facilitated peer support groups for adolescent mothers, addressing topics like income generation and depression. Results showed decreased depressive symptoms and improved mental health and social support among participants in the intervention arm compared to the control group.
