This review looked at training frameworks that help health workers respond to the health impacts of climate change. It found that most existing frameworks were designed for high-income countries and do not fit well in low-resource settings. The study developed a simpler framework that outlines the knowledge and skills needed by different types of health workers, including community health workers, to better prepare health systems and communities for climate-related health challenges.
