Stunting is a serious issue in coastal communities, mainly caused by poor nutrition, low maternal education, limited healthcare access, and poor sanitation. This review looked at 20 studies from Indonesia and found that teaching mothers about healthy eating, using local nutritious foods, and involving community health workers like posyandu volunteers can help. Community-based efforts focused on better nutrition and health education are key to reducing stunting in these areas.
