Malaria continues to heavily affect a small group of countries despite major progress in prevention and treatment. A key barrier is the shortage of skilled health workers at community, district, and national levels. It recommends blended learning; combining digital lessons, mentoring, and field supervision; to build stronger skills and improve malaria control. Strengthening local capacity through practical, ongoing training is vital, especially as global funding declines
