This study looked at the factors that help community health workers in rural Taiwan thrive and feel fulfilled in their work. It found that workers who had better health and stronger support from family, friends, and colleagues were more likely to experience personal growth and satisfaction. In contrast, high stress, emotional exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from their work were linked to lower well-being. The findings suggest that creating supportive work environments and reducing stress can help community health workers stay motivated, healthy, and effective in serving their communities.
