by

Authors: Lucy Whelan, Sharon L McLean, Alexandra Edwards, Sandra Glagovski, Jessica Huglin, Janet E Golder, Abby M Foster

This study tested a coaching program designed to help health organizations better use support staff in their Allied Health Assistant workforce. After the program, organizations showed clear improvements in putting new ideas into practice. Success depended on factors like leadership support, team experience, and how the program was delivered. The study shows that coaching can help health systems adopt and use workforce improvements more effectively.
