This study examined the impact of the Project ECHO Brain Health program on the self-efficacy of community health workers (CHWs) in Latinx South Texas communities regarding dementia and brain health. Both quantitative and qualitative data showed a significant increase in self-efficacy among participants after the program. Qualitative analysis highlighted themes of addressing training needs, impact on CHWs and their practice, and fostering a community of learning. Overall, the findings suggest that the Project ECHO Brain Health program effectively boosts CHWs’ confidence in addressing dementia-related challenges in their communities.
