This study explored how community health workers in suburban areas experience stress and burnout. It found that heavy workloads and emotional demands can be challenging, but workers cope by setting boundaries, practicing self-care, and relying on support from colleagues and supervisors. The study shows that strong workplace support, training, and teamwork are important to help community health workers stay motivated and continue their work effectively.
