Preferences of community health workers for vaccine communication training programs in harbin, china: a discrete choice experiment

November 11, 2025 By

This study in Harbin, China explored what community health workers (CHWs) prefer in training programs to improve how they communicate about vaccines. Most CHWs wanted short, one-day trainings with small groups of fewer than 50 people, focused mainly on basic vaccine knowledge rather than communication skills. The findings can help guide the design of future CHW training programs to strengthen vaccine communication in China.
