Posyandu Cadres’ Contributions to Elderly Health Improvement

by

Authors: Isnanik Isnanik, Isnaini Rodiyah

This study looks at how community health workers help improve elderly health through integrated health posts. It focuses on the strategies these workers use to encourage regular attendance and participation in health services for the elderly. The findings show that community health workers adapt their activities, like consultations and educational sessions, to boost elderly engagement and health outcomes. The study emphasizes the need for continued support and training for these workers to enhance elderly care, with lessons that could be applied in similar settings.
