This study tested a wellbeing program designed for community health workers who serve Latine communities. The program helped workers reflect on positive moments with the people they support. About 80 participants were split into two groups, with one receiving the program and the other waiting before starting later. Those who took part found the program helpful and easy to use, and it helped them feel more emotionally connected to their communities. It also reduced signs of emotional distress over time, though it did not clearly improve burnout, job satisfaction, or physical health. Overall, the approach shows promise for supporting the mental wellbeing of community health workers, but more research is needed to strengthen its long-term impact.
