The purpose of this study was to evaluate the associations between peer-led community-based support services and HIV treatment outcomes and survival among people living with HIV in Wuxi, China. The study used a convenience sampling method to enroll people living with HIV who had received peer-led community-based support services, such as CHWs, from local community-based organizations in the exposure group. The results of peer-led community-based support services correlated with significantly improved HIV treatment outcomes and survival among people living with HIV.
