This study aimed to develop a sustainable and comprehensive approach to pediatric hearing care in low- and middle-income countries. It involved the use of a smartphone-based platform to perform hearing screening and video otoscopy.  The technology was applied by community health workers (CHWs) in Kilifi county in Kenya
