This study assessed the impact of using THINKMD’s digital clinical decision support (CDS) platform on community health workers’ (CHWs) adherence to Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) guidelines in Nigeria. Results showed a significant increase in CHWs’ ability to capture key IMCI clinical data points after implementing the CDS platform. Usability and feasibility of the platform were high, with CHWs reporting ease of use and improved identification of sick children. Utilizing digital tools like THINKMD’s CDS platform can enhance CHW adherence to IMCI guidelines and improve clinical quality for under-five children.
