This study found that community health workers were more likely to use Kenya’s electronic Community Health Information System (eCHIS) when they understood its purpose, found it easy to use, and saw its value in their work. However, limited training, lack of funding, and inadequate technical and management support reduced its adoption. The study recommends improving training and providing stronger financial, technical, and supervisory support to help community health workers use the system effectively.
