This study looked at a Missouri program where pharmacists and community health workers brought vaccines into communities instead of waiting for people to visit clinics. The program reached over 9,000 adults, many of whom faced money problems or trouble accessing care. Most people received at least one vaccine, and counseling helped many who were unsure decide to get vaccinated. The results show that community-based vaccination programs can raise vaccination rates and reduce access barriers, no matter where people live or how much they earn.
