The purpose of this paper was to outline how Pakistan’s community health workers are using telemedicine to increase the quality of and access to women’s health services. The author highlights the disruption of care resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and how telemedicine can be used to bridge the growing gaps between patients and providers. In conjunction, future plans for expansion of this telehealth platform are detailed, with a focus on several relevant initiatives underway.
