This study looked at how Community Influencers, who are trusted community volunteers, worked with other Community Health Workers during polio eradication, routine vaccination, and the COVID-19 response in India. Interviews showed that strong working relationships helped volunteers share knowledge, support each other, and stay motivated. These relationships helped improve vaccination efforts and strengthen community health services. The study suggests that trusted community volunteers can work effectively alongside government and programme health workers to reach more people.
