This study looked at how well community health workers followed a program to teach pregnant women about staying active. Interviews and client records showed that while many workers said they covered the topic often during home visits, the records showed that only about 19% of clients actually got the information more than once. The findings can help improve how the program is delivered and tracked in the future.
