This study looked at whether training community health volunteers in Nepal could help them better support people with diabetes. After the training, the volunteers had better knowledge and felt more confident in helping patients manage their condition, and trust from the community also improved. However, challenges like low incentives remained. The study shows that even short training can make a difference, but ongoing support and motivation are needed to sustain their work.
