This qualitative study conducted in Shigatse, Tibet, China, aimed to explore ways to enhance tuberculosis (TB) healthcare delivery. Through interviews with health workers, three key themes emerged: the importance of training primary and community health workers for TB identification and linkage to care, the need to engage community health workers for patient retention and medication adherence, and the potential of innovative technologies to support coordinated care. Findings suggest that strengthening primary care, involving community health workers, and leveraging technology could improve TB care in remote, high-burden settings like Tibet. Further research should consider input from health workers at all levels to enhance care organization and delivery.
