This study looks at new ways to manage skin problems caused by diabetes, such as infections and ulcers, which affect quality of life and increase healthcare costs. It focuses on using teledermatology, or remote dermatology services, along with teamwork between doctors, nurses, and community health workers. The review found that teledermatology helped patients get faster diagnoses, improved patient satisfaction, and reduced complications. Working together as a team also helped improve care and reduce complications. The study suggests that this combined approach could improve diabetes care, make healthcare more efficient, and be used on a larger scale.
