This study looked at a training program designed to prepare people, including pharmacy technicians, to work as community health workers. After the training, participants had better knowledge, felt more confident, and were able to use skills like communication, patient support, and care coordination in their daily work. The program shows that with the right training, more health workers can take on community health roles and improve patient care.
