This study tested a training program for Community Health Workers (CHWs) to help patients with hypertension follow their medication plans. The program included recorded lessons and live sessions with practice cases. After the training, CHWs showed a significant improvement in both knowledge (from 28% to 81%) and confidence in supporting medication adherence. The program proved effective in boosting CHWs’ ability to work with healthcare professionals in managing chronic diseases.
