Keeping CHWs safe and informed as they are deployed in pandemic response needs to be a top priority at the community level. With restrictions around movement and PPE shortages, equipping CHWs with the digital technology they need to ensure a safe and effective pandemic response can prove to be a key move in strengthening a CHWs’ functioning. This study supports training CHWs in digital technology to ensure a safe and effective pandemic response.
