This study compared digital recruitment and community health worker-led recruitment for a health survey among Hispanic/Latino participants. It found that community health workers were better at reaching people with lower education levels and those who might otherwise be left out, although these participants had less knowledge about memory disorders. The study shows that using community health workers can help include more diverse groups in research, but different approaches may be needed to improve awareness and understanding.
