This study in rural Kisumu County, Kenya, aimed to improve knowledge about cervical cancer among women of reproductive age through dialogue-based community health education led by trained community health volunteers. A pre- and post-intervention comparison with a control group showed significant knowledge improvement among participants who received the intervention. This approach highlights the effectiveness of community-based education in addressing knowledge gaps about cervical cancer screening and prevention.
