Efficacy of a Community Health Worker–Based Intervention in Improving Dietary Habits Among Community-Dwelling Older People: A Controlled, Crossover Trial in Japan

This study analyzed the effects of CHW-led interventions promoting improved diets for the elderly in Japan. Findings showed that CHW-based interventions proved to be viable methods to motivate healthier lifestyles.
