This systematic review evaluated the effectiveness of CHW-led interventions to improve diabetes-related outcomes in older adults diagnosed with diabetes. It found that CHW-led interventions were effective at improving diabetes-related outcomes and adds to the growing body of evidence for the use of CHW-led interventions to improve care in the United States.
