Community Health Workers (BHWs) in the Philippines play a key role in connecting remote areas to healthcare, but face challenges like limited training and resources. This study created and tested a training program to improve BHWs’ skills in Occidental Mindoro. The results showed that the training led to significant improvements in their knowledge and abilities, demonstrating the importance of ongoing training to enhance community health services in underserved areas.
