Survey data identify technology training and organizational support as crucial for CHWs’ resilience. Burnout is linked to heavy workloads, emphasizing the need for mental health support. Despite challenges, CHWs show commitment and innovation, highlighting the importance of fostering a supportive work environment. Policymakers should prioritize crisis preparedness and CHW well-being in national health programs.
