by

Authors: Rie Matsui, Mina Ishimaru

This study explored how public health nurses and community health workers work together in Japan. It found that both groups value each other’s roles, with community health workers helping build trust in communities and nurses supporting coordination and care. Based on their experiences, the study developed a model to improve teamwork and strengthen community health services.
