In Muslim-majority countries, infectious diseases like dengue and malaria are worsened by social and economic challenges. This review explores how Islamic principles like cleanliness, harm prevention, and community benefit can support disease prevention. It highlights the role of community health workers and religious leaders in promoting health education and vaccination, especially in areas with limited trust in health institutions. Ethical concerns, such as inclusivity and avoiding stigma, are discussed, emphasizing the careful use of religious messages to support public health efforts.
