This study evaluated a 12-week home-visit program led by bilingual community health workers (CHWs) to support culturally diverse caregivers of people with dementia. Exit interviews with 57 caregivers revealed that the program improved caregiving confidence, self-care, communication with their loved ones, and access to community resources. Caregivers valued the cultural and linguistic tailoring of the program, which strengthened their connection with CHWs and enhanced the intervention’s impact. The findings suggest this approach is effective in addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse dementia caregivers, especially those with limited resources.
