This study looked at a program in Nepal where community health workers visited people at home to help manage high blood pressure. Most people completed the visits and said they learned more, involved their families, and improved how they monitored their health. However, some plans for behavior change were not clear, and problems like lack of medicines and weak health services limited the overall impact. The study shows that home visits can help, but better training and stronger health systems are needed for lasting results.
