This study aimed to raise awareness of scrub typhus in northern Thailand, where the disease is common but knowledge is low. Community health volunteers and healthcare workers were trained to educate their communities about the disease. After the sessions, participants showed a significant increase in their understanding of scrub typhus, which was maintained for up to five months. Feedback from participants helped improve training materials. Overall, the project successfully boosted awareness and provided culturally appropriate tools for promoting health.
