The CHW Financial Sustainability Planning Toolkit, developed by Envision with United States national experts, helps Community Health Workers (CHWs) and their allies achieve long-term financial stability. Originally created for CDC-funded COVID response programs, it is now tailored for all CHWs, regardless of funding.
