Community health workers (CHWs) play a key role in improving health and reducing disparities, but their voices are often unheard. This project used digital storytelling to share the experiences of four CHWs in Colorado. These videos aim to raise awareness, inspire others in healthcare, influence policies, and help break down barriers facing the CHW workforce.
