This study looked at how a nine-month training program affected community health workers. Through interviews and group discussions, workers shared stories of change. The biggest changes included gaining knowledge and skills, discovering career opportunities, building support networks, and earning more recognition in their communities. Mentoring, learning from peers, and hands-on experience were key to these improvements. The method used mostly highlighted positive changes, showing its value for guiding future programs. Researchers also suggest involving both peers and supervisors in reviewing stories to capture different perspectives.
