This study evaluates the impact of training on Lady Health Workers (LHWs) in Pakistan, who provide essential pediatric and maternity care at the community level. Using a cross-sectional survey, data were collected from 262 LHWs in Lahore through interviews. The findings reveal that training significantly improves their skills, professional productivity, and job satisfaction. The study recommends regular training opportunities to enhance the knowledge and competence of LHWs.
