This paper presents a CHW program case study from a rural district in Madhya Pradesh, India, with a focus on costs associated with a digital technology tool used to train CHWs to deliver a psychological treatment for depression. As digital technology is an emerging tool for CHWs in low- and middle-income countries, this study offers important insights to inform financial assessments of digital technology implementation across other CHW program settings.
