This study looked at how health workers in Malawi feel about using a mix of digital and face-to-face training to improve their skills in HIV testing programs. Interviews showed they liked the idea of flexible digital learning but still wanted in-person practice and feedback. They also needed help with using digital tools, access to devices, clear communication about training schedules, support to avoid disrupting their work, and financial incentives. Overall, blended learning could work if these needs are addressed. The next step is to test this new training approach.
